Warranty and Returns
Upon delivery of package please inspect the item.
If there are any signs of physical damage to the product during shipping, please let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will file an insurance claim with the shipping company.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, if item is not as described or damaged.
In case of return or warranty repair/replacement buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will cover shipping fees to return replacement item to the buyer.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
We give 3 months warranty on all used and refurbished products. Many of the new open box products come with manufacturer warranty. Product description page will state if there is manufacturer warranty available for the item.
