Unit has Windows Server 2008 R2 Foundation 1CPU License Sticker(COA) attached.

Operating system is NOT installed and installation CD/DVD disk is NOT included, so you will need an installation DISK and INSTALL OS!

I'm not sure if you can use OEM installation disk or Dell media is required.

Unit has been received through Dell open box channel. Missing original box and will be safely packed in bubble wrap for shipping.

Minor scratches on the case, but other than that, great condition.
