This item is in good physical and perfect functional condition. Some scratches on top cover from normal use. Some normal usage marks on keyboard and palmrest. Touchpad and left click button are shiny from use. Please see photos below. No cracks in the case. Unit has some minor scuff marks on corners of the case. Please see sample photos below.
